I forgot to apply a discount code

It can happen that you would get a promotion by e-mail or see an offer on the internet with a discount code, and forgot to apply it when ordering. In this case, we can apply the discount later, provided that:

• You apply in the next 48 hours after finalising the order
• The discount was applicable at the time of the order and for the articles of the order.
• The order has not benefited from another discount (such as a quantity discount).
