Take the measurements of a T-shirt that fits you well, both in height and width, following the instructions shown in the illustration. Based on those measurements, choose the T-shirt size that suits you best. If you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.

The Chest (X) measurement is the width between the two armpits. The Height (Y) measurement is the length from the neckline to the bottom of the T-shirt.
