International shipping restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on their dimensions, characteristics or destination country. The most common cases are detailed below.
Large products
Shipping for certain large products, such as framed prints, photo canvases and other wall decoration items measuring more than 50 × 70 cm, is limited to mainland Spain and Portugal.
This restriction may also apply to other bulky products, such as PVC banners, vinyl tablecloths and larger doormats. These items cannot be shipped to other countries when they exceed the maximum dimensions accepted for international deliveries by the courier companies we work with.
Food and drink
Products containing chocolate cannot be shipped to delivery addresses in Switzerland due to the applicable customs and import regulations.
Bottles of wine cannot be shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Ireland. In the case of Switzerland, this limitation is due to the applicable customs and import regulations. For the United Kingdom and Ireland, the restriction is related to the conditions governing the air transport of this type of product.
