When personalizing your product in the online editor, some products display an area marked with red lines, near the edges of the product. This red safety zone mainly appears on textile products that are made by cutting the material, such as blankets, towels, etc.
What does this area with red stripes mean? When manufacturing the product, the area painted with this texture represents the area that may be cut off and not appear in the final product. Therefore, it is recommended not to place important parts of the design in this area: texts, heads, etc.
Even if you upload an image that exactly matches the size of the product, the red stripes at the edges indicate that this red area could be partially or completely cut during the product cutting process. In any case, the cut would be only a few millimeters if it occurs, but we recommend not placing texts or important parts of the image in these red stripes, as the cutting area could affect these parts.
